The British Venture Capital Association represents private equity and venture capital in the UK and is devoted to promoting the private equity industry and improving the performance and professional standards of member firms and the individuals within those firms.

Invest Europe EVCA

Invest Europe is the association representing Europe's private equity industry. Its membership covers the full range of private equity activity, from early-stage venture capital to the largest private equity firms, investors such as pension funds, insurance companies, fund-of-funds and family offices and associate members from related professions. It represents 650 member firms and 500 affiliate members.

AIC AIC

The Association of Investment Companies is a membership organisation representing around 400 investment trusts. It works with its members to help investors learn more about the industry by raising the profile of investment trusts, providing comprehensive information, and supporting the development and implementation of consistent high standards among investment trusts.

CMBOR CMBOR

The Centre for Management Buy-out Research (CMBOR) was founded at the Nottingham University Business School in March 1986 to monitor and analyse management buyouts in a comprehensive and objective way. As an independent body, CMBOR has developed a wide-ranging and detailed database of over 17,000 companies which provides a comprehensive set of statistics on management buy-outs and buy-ins in the UK and continental Europe.
