Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC was established in 1973 and listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1987. We (the Trust) specalise in the provision of equity finance for management buyouts, management buyins and growing businesses.
The Company’s investment objective is to conduct an orderly realisation of its assets, to be effected in a manner that seeks to achieve a balance between maximising the value of the Company’s investments and progressively returning cash to shareholders.
Our commitments are purely in UK lower mid-market management buyouts with an enterprise value of approximately £20m to £100m. This gives our non-institutional shareholders a focussed opportunity to access the UK lower mid-market not readily available elsewhere.
We invest in unquoted companies via private equity funds managed by Dunedin LLP.
